Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
Yes — you can change tiers at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What counts as a 'category pin'?+
Your listing will appear at the top of filtered results for up to 2 categories you choose (Featured) or all your categories (Premium).
